Sam’s Branch Water Reclamation Facility

After breaking ground in 2022, CSC has been involved in many aspects of the new Sam’s Branch Water Reclamation Facility located in Clayton, NC. With construction costs valued at over $200M, the facility is set to open in 2025. CSC helped design five of the main structures to efficiently run the 6 million gallon water treatment plant. In addition to the admin building, blower building, and two large electrical buildings, chemical storage and containment open air structures are constructed to hold caustic chemicals. Containment pits and a steel framed roof protect the water treatment process from chemical and sunlight interactions. All structures except for the admin building have pipe ricks and electrical wire tray supports. To keep operations running, the buildings are designed to sustain heavy equipment on the second floor as well as semi-truck accessibility to navigate indoors. CSC is proud to be part of this monumental undertaking to serve local residents.
